Class Fees are due on the first of every month. After the fifteenth of the month a $10.00 late fee will be added. There will be a $20.00 fee on all NSF checks. Each student’s tuition must be paid in full monthly regardless of attendance (except in cases of medical emergencies and injuries). Dancers pay a flat monthly rate although the calendar may sometimes give dancers extra classes. This offsets classes missed due to holidays. Class Fees are as follows:
2008-2009 Dance Classes:
1 class per week $40.00 per month
2 classes per week $70.00 per month
3 classes per week $100.00 per month
4 classes per week $130.00 per month
5 classes per week $160.00 per month
6 classes per week $190.00 per month
Each class is one hour per week with the exception of Million Dollar Babies & Creative Movement. These classes are 45 minutes long and there will be an additional $5.00 discount per month.

There is a $40.00 annual registration fee per family/ $30.00 per single dancer. This registration fee covers the cost of liability insurance and recital costs.
Our program runs consecutively from September through May. Jill’s Dance Studio does offer summer dance programs from June through August. Students will be automatically enrolled each month unless we receive a written notice of withdrawal thirty days prior to the student no longer attending our studio. Students will not be automatically enrolled for the summer.
Dress Code:
Required dance shoes must be worn to all classes. Students are not permitted to wear jeans or jean shorts. Please no jewelry, for safety reasons.
Dance shoes can only be ordered online. Occasionally, ballet and tap shoes can be found at Target, Payless or Walmart in Casper but this seems to be a hit or miss. 
Jill's Dance Studio is now selling dance shoes by Revolution Dancewear. At this time we do have shoe sizes in stock so your child can be fitted at the studio and then orders can be placed by the dance studio. This is extremely convenient because the biggest problem ordering online is obviously the size guessing. Revolution Dancewear offers dance shoes at an affordable price and there isn't any size guessing. If interested, download an order form and your child can try on the shoe after class is over. All orders must be prepaid. Please turn in your order form along with payment to your child's instructor. Attendance and Lateness:
Unless a student's tardiness has already been cleared with the instructor ahead of time, a student's lateness is not acceptable. The student will have two verbal warnings and then will have to sit out the class during the third time. If a student is going to miss a class due to being sick or for other reasons, the studio must be notified the day of class.
If an instructor has to miss a class and a substitute teacher is not available, all students will be notified that class is cancelled. That class will have a makeup day on a Friday or Saturday before the month ends. Parents will be notified of the time and day of the makeup class.
If a student misses more than two consecutive classes while learning choreography for a dance recital than they will not be able to perform that dance at the dance recital.
Withdrawals and Refunds:
Students will be automatically enrolled each month unless we receive a written notice of withdrawal thirty days prior to the student no longer attending our studio. All refunds are up to the discretion of the owner.
