Four types of Parties

How long will the Party Last? What is the Cost?
The four parties are available for different amounts of time depending on how many children are attending and the type of party you choose. A $50 deposit & signed contract is due when reserving your date. Final payment is due at the end of the party. Gratuities are always welcome. Times are broken down into three options:
     1 Hour - $75.00
     1 ½ Hours- $100.00
     2 Hours- $125.00

What ages are parties offered for?
Parties are offered for any age. Typically we see parties ranging from one year up to fifteen. These parties don’t only apply to birthday parties either. If you have a special occasion or event let us know and we will accommodate you.

Can I add a costumed character to any party or are they only available during the character party?
Yes, you can add a costumed character to any of the parties or even an additional character at a character party. Rates depend on the amount of time you want the character to come to your party and what activities you would like for them to do. Characters can make “appearances” for pictures with the kids as well. A list of characters can be found on the last page.

If I need additional time can I use the studio for more time?
Yes, please call the studio for rates.

Can I bring Cake, presents and decorations?
Absolutely, we encourage you to bring cake, presents and decorations! You are allowed to come to the studio thirty minutes ahead of time to setup and stay thirty minutes after to clean up.

Are you able to provide the cake and decorations for my party?
Yes, there is an additional services page attached with prices.

Can I just have my party at the studio?
Yes, there is a two hour minimum that the studio can be rented for a party. There is a refundable deposit required for this type of party. If the studio is left the way it was found then a check will be mailed to you a few days after your party.

Description of Parties

Character Party - This party is designed for both boys and girls. The parent is able to choose between different male and female characters for their child’s party. With Balloon Animals, parachute game, face painting, magic shows and more, you can’t go wrong with this party! This type of party is available for all time options. This is the only type of party option available where the character can come to your home. There will be a trip charge for any party not taking place in Douglas. There is a twenty child maximum if the party is at your home and a fifteen child maximum if the party is at the studio.

Ballerina Pary – Invite all of your little girls friends and come prepared for some fun! There will be face painting with glitter that will take place at the beginning of the party. During this party the children will learn ballet technique. The amount of ballet taught depends on the amount of time interested in holding the party for and what works for you. This party is only available for one and a half or two hours. There is a fifteen child maximum. Don’t forget your tutu! Tutus are available at an additional cost.

Tea Party - There’s nothing like a fun tea party to brighten your child’s birthday. During this party not only will all the children have a choice of hat to wear but tea cup as well! All of the children get to keep their teacups. This party is available for all time options. There is a fifteen child maximum.

Diva party - Roll out the red Carpet! Don’t forget to bring your inner diva to this party. Not only will the children get to choose an outfit to wear over theirs but also choose accessories! Games will follow and the last thirty minutes is devoted to hair and makeup as well as a fashion show for the parents. The party is available for one and a half or two hours. The two hour party includes a hip-hop dance lesson. There is a fifteen child maximum.
